• 30 day money back or exchange on unused unopened goods less shipping and handling costs.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as sent within 30 days.
• Credit or Check will be issued once item has been received
  by us. (please allow 2-3 weeks)
• No returns on any special order items, deals or sales/closeout pricing.
• We will inspect items before shipping to make sure everything is in new working condition.
• If an item is damaged we must be notified of Defective or Damaged goods within 5 days of receipt.
• No returns on any R/C Radio Controlled items if opened or played with.
• Some items are subject to our inspection and approval before refund is issued.
• Certain items carry a manufacturers warranty and must be sent back to them.
• The bulk of the items we sell are for the adult modeler and some items may not be suitable for children.

Damaged goods 

We will replace any missing/damaged goods but we must be notified within 5 days of your orders arrival. We inspect every item sent for damage before we mail. Items damaged by the postoffice or UPS must be reported to them.

Out of Stock

 

We order weekly from our supplier - if an item is out of stock we will hold the order for at least 1 week.If the parts will not be available for more than 2 weeks we will ship what we have.Credit for any items already paid that are not available for will be issued back to you.
